  • PanVanguard is for Black-identifying founders and CEOs running operating companies (not solo consulting practices) where they have real economic upside and are responsible for strategy and operations. They lead businesses doing at least mid‑six figures in annual revenue, with positive or stabilizing trajectories and enough operational leverage that changes in decisions, systems, and leadership will materially impact your business.​

  • A PanVanguard membership gives you a standing peer advisory “board” of stage‑matched entrepreneurs, guided by a world‑class facilitator using a proprietary methodology designed for high‑stakes CEO decisions.

    Over the year, you meet your circle in monthly structured sessions that add up to roughly 40 hours of facilitated peer advisory. Between sessions, you stay connected through a private, confidential digital space where you can bring urgent questions, and share context, so peer support doesn’t disappear when the call ends. The peer advisory experience is fully remote and global by design, connecting you with non‑competing founders across regions who understand your scale and complexity, and who are vetted for coachability, reciprocity, and seriousness about growth.

  • Membership runs on a renewable annual cycle. At the end of the year, you choose whether to renew with your existing circle or rematch into a new one that fits your next stage.

  • You join a PanVanguard Inner Circle: a capped group of up to 12 founders that meets in a disciplined, facilitated boardroom environment (not a loose mastermind or networking call). The year runs on a 12‑month arc; each quarter you have one 4‑hour Architecture Session to set 90‑day objectives and KPIs, followed by two 3‑hour Acceleration Sessions focused on clearing bottlenecks, rotating Hot Seats, and locking concrete 30‑day commitments.​

    In practical terms, you’re in the room once per month, and between sessions you track progress on commitments and KPIs. Everyone leaves every session with clear next moves that compound over the 12‑month membership cycle.

  • By design, the Inner Circle is built to improve decision quality, execution velocity, structural maturity, and your own leadership as a founder, not just to generate “insights.” Over a year, members should expect increased revenue and operational clarity, sharper strategic decisions, stronger delegation and leadership posture, and more disciplined use of KPIs to drive the business.

  • Time-wise, you commit to one 3-4-hour session per month (plus the time to prepare key numbers and follow through on your commitments). You should see these as board meetings for your business, because the structure is built around measurable movement, not casual discussion.​

    We do not publish pricing. Once you apply and we confirm there’s a potential fit, we match you into a tentative circle and walk you through membership modalities and pricing during a 1:1 consultation, so you can weigh the investment against the specific ROI you’re targeting for the next 12 months.

  • We encourage members to pay for PanVanguard directly through their company as part of the CEO’s advisory, leadership, or professional development budget, since the work directly targets strategy, revenue, hiring, and capital decisions. In many jurisdictions, this kind of executive advisory can be treated as a business expense and may be tax‑deductible, but you should confirm the exact treatment with your accountant or local advisor.
